What looks like a boring, legal review, shows itself at a nearer look to be one of the most pedagogic books I have ever read, on the subject of Corporate Law (Swedish).

In my humble opinion, if you haven't read one of Rodhe's books on Corporate Law, you shouldn't be allowed to work in Swedish Management. Of course, you need a refresher evere few years, but this gives you a solid understanding of even finer points of Swedish Corporate Law, that very little is needed to update yourself.

In short, a pure joy to read, that is only marred by the shoddy editing (as is usual in Swedish text-books).
