Colin Bentley was the original author of PRINCE2 — a globally recognised method of project management. Working with co-author Andy Britton, they have now created a simpler method of project management that can be applied to all types of project. The method is tailored in a neat package using simple examples of projects throughout the book and is specifically designed for ease of use.

Its simplicity and practicality are particularly useful to those project managers who have to look after multiple small projects at any one time.

Disappointing *** (3 out of 10)

Yet another try to make a watered-down project management methdology (like the Swedish PPS), based this time upon PRINCE2.

The book doesn't have page numbers, even though the Table of Contents implies this. The only value of this book is the inspiration you may get from the appendix templates.
