This is the cliff notes of an MBA course. It is very well-researched and correct, while at the same time being utterly worthless, as you need to have taken the same MBA course as the author! Add to that the fact that you can't randomly find anything in the book, as the pages doesn't even indicate in what chapter you're reading, an index doesn't exist and the Table of Contents are very cursory.

In short, Kelly has written a book that is probably very useful to him and his students, but that leaves the rest of the world wondering why they bought this book. Again, the contents are not bad, but I would recommend that you avoid it, as you will probably have very limited use of it.
