This was a joy to read! At long last a very practical book about Transformation at a corporate and management level, instead of all the IT transformation stuff you usually get to read.

It contains practical guidelines, but be aware of that you need a lot of understanding of the basic management concepts to appreciate this book. As an example, they are proposing that you utilize BCS and 7S, but they don't explain what that entails, so you need to have that under your belt already.

In short, an extremely valuable book, especially for seasoned MBAs and senior managers. Admittedly, it is a bit pricey, but well worth it.
