This is Wahlroos personal views on microeconomics. Considering that he has a degree in it, it seems well-researched, but you also need to consider that he is an ex-communist that is now one of the hyper-capitalist in the Nordic countries.

As it is his viewpoint and his arguments, it is very hard to fault him (you can always discuss microeconomics ad nauseum). It is an OK book, as long as you are aware of the authors background and realise that this is a public debate opinion.
