Well, this is your archetypical sales book that believes if the author (as a salesman) can con you into buying this book, you can utilize his tricks into selling anything.Unfortunately, except an extreme self-promotion and some stock advice (be nice, sound professional etc.) that you definitely don't need to buy this book to understand, it doesn't contain anything of value. Even his so-called advice on small things are to simplistic to be useful.
Definitely not worth reading!
