We create educational meetings in the leading edge within knowledge in organizations and leadership. We perceive ourselves as a national collaboration hub since 1986, in our unique way, combines own business-oriented research projects, disseminates knowledge and supports organizations, managers and leaders to create development and real learning.Our development efforts and research assignments are available in the public, private and non-profit sectors. IPF's own learning philosophy is business-oriented and results-oriented, with an academic approach to perspectives and methods, and an adapted pedagogy for managers, leaders and specialists. Several business-related research and development projects in the area of organization, governance and leadership are carried out as commissioned and follow-up research in collaboration with companies as well as public and non-profit organizations.
As a collaboration hub, we work actively and creatively with an extensive network of researchers in various disciplines at Uppsala University and other universities, as well as with consultants, practitioners and strategic partners.
