Sometimes you just stumble upon somethin excellent, like this book. It is a practitioners guide to how to implement your strategy when you have reached the upper echelons.

This is not something to read while studying to an MBA or something, but something to read when you need to show how effective you are as a leader and that you understand the connection between strategy and execution, aka corporate performance.

I truly love it, but be warned, it is not a book to read in one sitting. Expect to get back to it frequently.
