ERP: A-Z Implementer's Guide for Success is the official textbook for the CIERP cerification. CIERP standing for Certified Implementer of Enterprise Resource Planning is a certification that ensures that the basic skill sets necessary to successfully implement and maintain an ERP system are present. Upon successfully passing the certification the participant will be legally certified by the CIBRES organization to use CIERP after their name and will receive their certification papers by mail.
