Ron Newman, a graduate of MIT, that worked on the Athena project from 1984 to 1988. Later, worked for, among others, BBN, Sun, Lotus and Northern Light, until being laid of at the latter. He is mostly famous for being one of the prime movers behind the X Windows system and the on-going conflict between the net and the Church of Scientology.
