Pam has 20 years experience working with global and local businesses, teams, communities and people to help them work better together and is considered a world expert on teamwork, including workshop design, facilitation, innovation, capability building and behaviour change. With a background in psychology, and a passion for collective intelligence, she works to empower people, develop their capabilities, and facilitate positive change.
Pam is the founder and MD of global capabilities agency Paraffin. Paraffin design and lead bespoke insight, innovation and capability journeys for consumer goods, financial services, public sector and media clients (including Diageo, Unilever, GSK, ABI, Essity, BBC, ITV, Pernod Ricard, Tesco and others). Pam is the author of The Workshop Book, and has developed Project Bridge, a public sector co-creation method to bring communities together to solve complex issues.
