Mike is a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers global M&A consulting business — The Accelerated Transition. This is a proprietary approach to accelerating the capture of sustained economic value from mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and spin-offs. It drives shareholder value creation by expediting business growth and dynamically aligning management, organization, culture, human resources and reward systems.

Mike has over 19 years of international consulting experience and 9 years of management and business planning experience in the high technology industry.

He has assisted high technology, health care, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, durable goods, real estate, transportation, utility, and telecommunications companies accelerate the transition associated with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and major restructurings.

Mike has published numerous articles on transition management, value driver analysis, and value creation incentive plans and recently co-authored Five Frogs on A Log: A CEOs Field Guide to Accelerating the Transition in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Gut Wrenching Change, published by Harper Business, 1999. In addition, he has addressed audiences throughout the world on a wide range of business and organizational topics.
