Max McKeown

Max McKeown (1969) works as a strategic adviser for four of the five most admired companies in the world and is a well-known speaker on subjects including innovation, engagement, human potential, customer experience, marketing, team building, and competitive advantage.

He has been elected to the Customer Service Hall of Fame, been nominated as a "Star of Human Resources" by Personnel Today, and been featured on national and international radio, television, and newspapers.

Max has written six books, including "E-Customer, an insight into evolving customer behavior", "Why They Don't Buy", an end to end guide to building profitable customer relationships across multiple channels, and "Unshrink" featuring the myths that stop our people doing their best work and a set of new principles to engage their interest and ability. He conducts research with Warwick Business School and is a fellow of the RSA. He served on the Advisory Board for the Rollins Center for eBusiness. He earned his Masters in Business Administration and Ph.D. from the Warwick Business School under the supervision of Professor David Wilson and Professor Sotirios Paroutis, who was in turn supervised by Andrew Pettigrew.
