She has over 20 years of experience working with manufacturing companies and the challenges they face. She has used this knowledge and experience to head up teams to select and implement accounting and manufacturing systems. From her experience, Ellen has gleaned a deep understanding of what clients will need before even beginning an ERP implementation.

She worked for ten years for an engineering firm where she implemented, trained, and acted as project manager during the implementation of four different systems. After leaving the engineering firm, she has served as a consultant to six companies and worked on various projects for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Providing management and users with the knowledge needed to implement, maintain, and process data within their selected system and company has been a vital role that she has 'filled' over the years.

In 1996, Ellen founded TowerSecurity, Inc. and provided computer-consulting services to companies in Northern Indiana in need of Y2K protection as well as ERP system consultation. Since then, her company has branched into ERP System Selection Consultation, Multiple System Integration, Process Cost Reduction Analysis, Critical Data Risk Management Consultation, Training and Education on ERP Concepts.
