Mark L. Feldman

Mark L. Feldman, Managing Director of Capital Alternatives, was formerly a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mark was the Practice Leader for PwC's global Merger & Acquisition consulting business. He has over 20 years experience in international merger and acquisition consulting. During this period he facilitated decision-making on the disposition of many global brands. While president of The Rubicon Group, he focused on Asian trade and joint ventures. As the National Director of M&A Consulting for the Hay Group, he advised Saatchi & Saatchi. Mark's clients included such diverse global companies as Barclays Global Investors, FleetBoston Financial, CoBank, JDS Uniphase, Global Crossing, Alcoa, Hewlett Packard, Adobe Systems, Dupont, Pearson plc, Microsoft and Goodyear Tire & Rubber. He is the author of the acclaimed book on merger integration Five Frogs on a Log: A CEO's Field Guide to Accelerating the Transition in Mergers, Acquisition and Gut Wrenching Change. Mark received an MA in Social Psychology and his Ph.D. in Communications and Organization Behavior from Northwestern University.
