Dr. Julie Siciliano is Dean of the School of Business at Western New England College and Professor of Management at the same school.
She joined the Western New England College faculty in 1984, most recently serving as a Professor of Management. During her time at the College, she has served as Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs and co-chair of the Leadership Institute, a cooperative effort between the Chamber of Commerce and Western New England College to provide leadership skills for employees of local businesses. She left the College briefly between 2003 and 2005 to teach at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.
Siciliano holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Western New England College, as well as a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Massachusetts. She has published numerous scholarly articles on management and strategy topics, including board of director involvement in strategic management, strategic planning in nonprofit organizations, and student outcome assessment in
