Eric Siegel has consulted with entrepreneurs, growth companies, turnaround companies, and acquisition candidates since 1980.
In 1983, he formed Siegel Management Company, where he has prepared and reviewed numerous business plans, arranged financings and participated in the management of client companies. He is also an owner and developer of the Paoli Technology Enterprise Center, a business incubator located in suburban Philadelphia, and a lecturer in entrepreneurial management at the Wharton School.
