David Matheson (President and CEO of SmartOrg), formerly an SDG principal in the U.S. and Europe, led SDG's pace-setting research into the best strategic decision making practices of the world's leading companies and research that identified the nine principles of smart organizations. As a management consultant, David has led and participated in projects for a wide range of industries ranging from high tech to movies and entertainment. He is co-author of The Smart Organization. His PhD is from Stanford University.
