Andrew Miller is president of ACM Consulting Inc and works with organizations to generate dramatic operational and financial improvements. Andrew has worked with some of the top organizations in North America in industries such as health care, financial services and manufacturing to help improve the speed and performance of their organizations. Andrew works with each client to determine the desired outcomes, success measures and value that each initiative will bring to their organization, then tailors his approach to best improve the lives of his clients and the performance of their organizations.

He has contributed to commercial books such as Getting started in Consulting by Alan Weiss, Outsourcing Transactions: A Practical Guide by John Beardwood and C. Ian Kyer and The Worst Case Scenario Business Survival Guide by Mark Joyner and David Borgenicht.

Andrew sits on the Advisory Committee for the Humber College supply chain program and participates in the Schulich School of Business mentoring program. He also teaches a two-day program on Contract Management and Procurement through numerous universities and organizations across Canada.

Before starting his own firm in 2006, Andrew held senior consulting positions with IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. Andrew has an International MBA with majors in Logistics and Marketing from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.

Andrew donates much of his time to charitable organizations such as Mount Sinai Hospital (Chair of Leadership Sinai) and the Larry Grossman Foundation for Kids. Andrew speaks French fluently, is an avid participant in sports, and a voracious reader and traveler. Andrew lives in Toronto with his wife Eryn and two kids.
