André Stoffels joined McKinsey in 1996 and focuses on innovation and IT management. He holds Master's degree in electrical engineering from Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule in Aachen, Germany, and Ecole Centrale in Paris. He studied at Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales School of Management, France, and was a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley. André is completing his doctoral thesis on knowledge management in product development organizations at Darmstadt University of Technology
